What do teams do and how does this work?

The purpose is to connect with people and to build a relationship.  We shake hands, rub shoulders, pass out tracts, preach and pray with those who are interested and want to learn more about Jesus.  

Short-term mission trips are typically from 7 to 9 days long.  They are fully immersive events as everything is authentic or reproductions of US World War II material.  The team arrives in country and travels to the commemoration event site where we put up the camp. We sleep on cots in tents and wear our World War II uniforms.  The purpose is to create a living history museum to allow the public to walk-through to experience the life of a US World War II soldier. We are the chaplains for the camp.
